I booked the High-Class hotels and they were fantastic—worth the splurge. The logistics were flawless. Pınar’s history lectures were captivating. A perfect vacation!
I was nervous about finding good vegetarian food, but the tour company (thanks Pınar for checking!) accommodated me wonderfully during all the included lunches. The ancient history in Efes felt sacred. The whole trip ran smoothly; I never worried about being late or lost.
Everything was superb. The flights made the 8 days doable. Burhan’s transfer team was incredibly professional; always on time. Pınar was a star, her guidance at the Underground City was the highlight. If you want to see the main sights without the long bus rides, this is the one.
I loved Kapadokya and Ephesus. The logistics were very smooth, I appreciate that all flights were taken care of. My only minor critique is that the flight from Kuşadası back to Istanbul on Day 7 was really late, making Day 8 a bit rushed for a morning departure. Still, a fantastic trip overall.
